And while we'd love to tell you that your AC unit is a self-sufficient mechanical genius that requires no attention whatsoever, we'd be lying to you. It's a machine. Machines need looking after. Even the expensive ones.
Rather than waiting until your system decides to call it quits at the worst possible moment, regular maintenance gives us a chance to check things over, spot potential issues, and help keep your HVAC system running as it should.
Here’s what our “No BS” Maintenance Plan includes:
2 precision tune-ups: 1 for your AC and 1 for your heating.
A filter: One 4-inch filter per system.
10% off HVAC repairs: (paying) less is (saving) more.
Free refrigerant with a qualifying repair: Refrigerant recharging alone doesn’t count as a repair. Some exclusions apply, so ask us for the details.
Diagnostic service within 24 hours: Or the repair is free.
No after-hours fees.
5% off full equipment replacement: If it’s time for a new system.
All this for just $29 a month with automatic billing until canceled, or $348 a year paid upfront, renewing annually.
Also, y’all can add additional units at the same residence for $19 a month or $228 a year, per additional unit, with the same plan benefits.
