Welcome to the most prestigious sporting event in the world. It's 100% fictional, completely unnecessary, and not recognized by the International Olympic Committee. (Our Legal Team are suuuper fun, you guys).
BUT that hasn't stopped us from assembling some of the world's finest self-proclaimed HVAC athletes, none of whom have any actual athletic ability.
Ladies and gents, the stadium is packed. The crowd is roaring. The thermostat has just been set.

The 100-Meter Dash to the Thermostat
And we're off!

Straight past the ceiling fan. Past the blinds. A magnificent refusal to consider either.
Look at that pace, folks. Absolutely flying down the hallway.

Absolutely unnecessary, but a record nonetheless.
Synchronized Thermostat Adjusting
And now for a crowd favorite: the synchronized thermostat event.
2 competitors. 1 thermostat.
They're standing in separate rooms.
Neither knows the other is about to make a move.
And...
HE'S LOWERED IT TO 70.
Oh!
Wait a second…
She's just returned it to 74.
The crowd is losing its mind!
He's seen what she's done.
He's going back to 70.
Oh my goodness.
Wait…
SHE’S DOWNLOADED THE APP!
And it’s back to 74. THIS IS OUTSTANDING!
A remarkable display of absolutely no progress.
That's going to be a difficult one for the judges to score.
Competitive Filter Neglect
This is a new event making its Olympic debut.
One that rewards a very specific skill: Doing literally nothing.
Our contestant hasn't changed the air filter in months.
Looks like he's approaching the unit now.
He's reaching for the filter...
He's got it...
Oh!
He's looking at it.
I think he knows.
HE'S PUTTING IT BACK.
Can you believe it?!

It looks like no medals will be awarded this year.
A disappointing result for our athletes.
